She specializes in civil, commercial, medical, and bankruptcy law. In her practice, she focuses in particular on handling consumer bankruptcy cases, insolvency proceedings of sole proprietors, and corporate bankruptcies. She represents patients in medical malpractice claims, as well as healthcare providers pursuing claims against uninsured patients and commercial contractors. She has experience in disputes involving Swiss franc-denominated and indexed loans (so-called “franc loans”) and in cases related to the sanction of free credit, acting for both consumers and banks. She also supports entrepreneurs with ongoing legal and corporate services. Her practice includes family law, inheritance law, debt recovery, as well as matters related to industrial property protection and copyright law.

She gained professional experience working with law firms and completing internships at courts and prosecutor’s offices.

She graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk in 2014. Between 2015 and 2017, she completed her attorney training at the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk, passing the bar exam in 2018. Since then, she has been practicing as an attorney. She also holds postgraduate diplomas in Medical Law from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and in Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law from Lazarski University. In 2024, she obtained a restructuring advisor license (no. 1933).

She is fluent in English, including legal English, and holds the TOLES Higher certificate (2015).
