Łukasz Walasik

He specialises in tax cases, particularly in the area of VAT and PIT. He represents taxpayers before authorities in tax audits, customs and tax audits, and tax proceedings. He also acts as a representative of clients before administrative courts of both instances. He also conducts proceedings in criminal tax cases.

For several years, he has successfully represented taxpayers in disputes with the tax authorities, in particular in cases involving so-called tax carousels, empty invoices and fictitious transactions.

He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and completed postgraduate studies in Taxation and Tax Law at the University of Warsaw. He gained his professional experience while working as a judge’s assistant and in renowned law firms.
