He specialises in criminal law, real estate law and public finance, including public finance discipline. He gained his professional experience at the Regional Chamber of Auditors in Gdańsk, the prosecutor’s office and one of the largest public companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
He has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2025.
He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. He completed his prosecutor training. He is a member of the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk.
He communicates in English and Russian.
