Marta Raszczyk
Legal Trainee
She works in a team dealing with civil, commercial and criminal law matters.
She has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since January 2025.
Previously, she gained experience as a judge’s assistant at the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk and as an academic teacher at the Pomeranian University in Słupsk.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, where she completed part of her studies at the Università degli Studi di Cagliari and the Università di Catania. She completed postgraduate studies in Court Mediation and Crisis Intervention at the University of Gdańsk. She is currently an MBA student in Diplomacy at the Naval Academy in Gdynia in cooperation with the Paweł Adamowicz Civic Study Centre.
In 2025, she began her legal training at the District Bar Council in Gdańsk.
She is fluent in English and communicative in Italian.
Her professional interests focus on Alternative Dispute Resolution methods.
In her free time, she enjoys indoor climbing and water sports.
