Martyna Kamińska-Tabaka

She specialises in advising on banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. She has particular expertise in transactions involving financing in the residential and commercial property markets, as well as in acquisition finance and corporate finance transactions. She represents leading Polish banks and prominent Polish and foreign investors in these transactions.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, she has recently focused on transactions involving renewable energy sources (RES), where she represented one of the largest entities in the energy sector in Poland. She also has extensive experience in conducting legal analyses of financed and acquired entities. She has represented issuers and shareholders in the preparation of a number of public offerings addressed to domestic and foreign investors.

She has been working with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since the beginning of 2026.
