Legal Trainee

He specializes in civil law and copyright law, with particular focus on issues related to new technologies, corporate law, as well as higher education and science law.

He has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since 2025.

He gained professional experience at renowned law firms, institutions connected with higher education, foundations, and companies operating in the IT sector. As a long-standing expert of the Polish Accreditation Committee, he participated in numerous programme evaluations and reviewed applications for the establishment of new fields of study.

Since October 2025, he has served as the nationwide Student Rights Ombudsman, supporting students in the protection of their rights and cooperating with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education by reporting irregularities occurring at universities. He also actively participates in legislative work concerning the higher education and science sector in Poland.

He regularly speaks at academic conferences, conducts numerous training sessions, and is the author of publications on legal and quality assurance issues.

He graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, defending his master’s thesis entitled “Selected Private Law Issues of Decentralized Autonomous Organizations Operating on Distributed Ledger (Blockchain) Technology” at the Chair of Civil Law.

In addition to his legal practice, he is engaged in social activities, including projects related to innovative education and legal awareness. He uses English in his professional practice.

Privately, he is interested in broadly understood science fiction, new technologies, and sports.
