He specialises in legal services for infrastructure and commercial investments, including the commercialisation of commercial facilities, as well as in services for business entities, including high-risk industries, in particular in the field of civil aviation (IATA standard), legal risk management and broadly understood compliance. He provides legal advice on Cyber Science (AI, NIS2, MiCA, DORA, GDPR). He represents clients both before common courts in commercial matters and in administrative and administrative court proceedings, often obtaining precedent-setting decisions in favour of his clients.
He has been associated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners since April 2025.
As part of his practice, he works with companies in the General Aviation industry in the EEA. He combines his practice with cooperation in international associations, the European Business Aviation Association and the Worldwide Airport Lawyers Association.
He is co-author of the publication Just Culture Policy in Civil Aviation from the Perspective of Criminal Liability and the work Conditions of Just Culture Implementation in High-Consequence Industries (based on the aviation and automotive industry).
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and completed his doctoral studies at the same university. He is a graduate of the Executive MBA programme at the University of Economics in Krakow, EM Normandie Business School and AESE Business School. He completed postgraduate studies in Cyberscience, tokenisation and process automation in the digital economy at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow, entered on the list of legal advisers in 2008.
He served as Country Property Manager for the Ahold BV group in Poland and has experience in the commercialisation of commercial and hotel properties. He has managed complex organisations with an emphasis on quality criteria.
