He specializes in legal services for infrastructure and commercial investments, including the commercialization of retail properties. He also provides legal support to business entities operating in high-risk industries, with particular focus on civil aviation (IATA standards), legal risk management, and broad compliance matters. He advises on legal issues related to Cyber Science (AI, NIS2, MiCA, DORA, GDPR). He represents clients before common courts in commercial cases as well as in administrative and administrative court proceedings, often obtaining precedent-setting judgments in favor of his clients.
He has been with Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara i Partnerzy since April 2025.
As part of his practice, he works with General Aviation companies from the EEA area. He combines his legal work with collaboration in international associations such as the European Business Aviation Association and the Worldwide Airport Lawyers Association.
He is a co-author of the publications Polityka Just Culture w lotnictwie cywilnym z perspektywy podstaw odpowiedzialności karnej and Conditions of Just Culture implementation in High-consequence industries (based on the aviation and automotive industry).
He graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and completed doctoral studies at the same institution. He holds an Executive MBA from the Cracow University of Economics, EM Normandie Business School, and AESE Business School. He also completed postgraduate studies in Cyber Science, tokenization, and process automation in the digital economy at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. He is a member of the Kraków Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law (OIRP Kraków), admitted to the list of legal counsels in 2008.
He has served as Country Property Manager for Ahold BV in Poland, gaining experience in the commercialization of retail and hotel properties. He has managed complex organizations with attention to quality criteria.
