Attorney, of Counsel
She specialises in civil law, with particular emphasis on family and guardianship matters and consumer protection in cases against financial market institutions (with particular emphasis on cases concerning foreign currency-indexed loans, i.e. so-called ‘Swiss franc loans’). She represents clients in court proceedings and before authorities conducting preliminary proceedings.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. She completed her legal training at the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk, gaining professional experience in law firms in the Tri-City. She has also worked with law firms outside the Tri-City.
She also graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, where she obtained a master’s degree in administration, and the Wrocław School of Banking, where she obtained the title of specialist in obtaining EU funds at the Faculty of Management. In October 2020, she obtained the professional title of mediator.
She is a member of the Regional Bar Council in Gdańsk for the current term, a member of the Trainee Solicitors Training and Professional Development Committee at the Regional Bar Council in Gdańsk, and Head of Professional Development at the Regional Bar Council in Gdańsk, as well as vice-chair of the Bar Application Committee at the National Bar Council for the current term, and the originator and main organiser of the National Forum of Trainee Lawyers.
She was a lecturer at WSB Merito University, teaching classes on the legal basis of social rehabilitation and the legal basis of care and educational measures. She is a lecturer at the National Bar Association’s Pre-Examination Revision Courses.
