Paulina Węgrzynowicz

She advises on public procurement matters. She represents contractors in procurement proceedings, handles cases concerning legal remedies, and supports entrepreneurs and investors in preparing tender documentation. At the same time, she provides ongoing legal services to contracting authorities, advising on the organisation of proceedings, the preparation of documentation, and the application of the Public Procurement Law.

She gained her professional experience in law firms, commercial law companies and a large insurance institution. She has worked with companies from sectors such as manufacturing, construction, insurance and finance, and has also provided services to capital groups. She also supports clients in investment processes, including obtaining administrative and environmental decisions and in matters relating to planning and spatial development. She conducts proceedings before public administration bodies and administrative courts, as well as civil and criminal disputes.

She graduated in law from the University of Gdańsk and completed her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk. She is fluent in English.

Privately, she is a fan of fantasy literature.
