Witold Mendel

He specialises in civil and commercial law. He advises clients on contracts, contractual and tort liability, as well as providing ongoing legal services to businesses. He represents clients in both court proceedings and at the pre-trial stage.
He gained professional experience in law firms in the Tri-City and at the Naval Academy in Gdynia, where he dealt with public procurement law. His main areas of professional interest are new technologies, energy and construction law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk.
He is fluent in English.
