associate professor Joanna Kruczalak – Jankowska

Of Counsel at Kancelaria Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara i Partnerzy.
From the beginning of her professional career, she has been associated with the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. Currently, she is the head of the Department of Commercial Law and International Private Law. She specializes in the issues of bankruptcy and restructuring law and the law of commercial companies.
Her achievements include publications in the field of entrepreneurs’ rights, contracts concluded in the course of trade and issues of European economic law.
She participated in the international EU program Phare ACE P95-2043-R on the subject of universal privatization programs in the countries of Central Europe, she received a scholarship at the Max-Planck-Institut für ausländischen und internationalen Privatrecht in Hamburg, Germany. At present, he is the manager of the ACURIA project (Polish Team – Project co-financed from the European Union Program) ‘Assessing Courts’. Undertaking of Restructuring and Insolvency Actions: best practices, blockages and ways of improvement’.
Shee speaks English, also communicates in German and Russian.
