Andy is a graduate of PACE University in New York Law School (LLM in environmental and comparative studies) and the Faculty of Law and Canon Law, Catholic University of Lublin. He is qualified to practice in federal and state courts of the State of New York.
He has built his professional experience through working for e.g. the ICON Capital Corp and the Weingard&Weingard Law Firm.
His practice is centred on international corporate advisory, M&A and IPO, corporate finance and corporate governance, as well as environmental protection.
Andy has provided assistance in the formation of international corporations established to launch specific financial instruments such as e.g. the stand – alone and master feeder structure, and accounts agreements. Andy has also represented foreign corporations in the process of obtaining the so-called ‘GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)’ (agreements permitting transactions with agencies of the US government). Andy also participated in the development of the memorandum for the New York State Department Environmental Conservation in connection with the incident in the Dimock Township, Pennsylvania (methane migration and contamination of drinking water in the process of gas extraction under the hydraulic fracturing method). Andy is also actively engaged in pro bono activities, providing free-of-charge legal assistance to people with limited resources in criminal proceedings and immigration matters.
