We legally assist entrepreneurs in regard to labour law issues. We draft employee-related documentation (employment contract, managerial contracts, non-compete clauses and contracts, notices of termination). We participate in drafting of internally applicable sources of law, such as regulations, collective labour agreements and settlements. We advise in employment restructuring projects and conducting of organisational changes (e.g. group termination and transfer of undertaking).
We have experience in negotiating with labour unions and support in liaising with employee council. We represent Clients in all employment-related court proceedings. We support creation of personnel related policies and solution of ongoing employee-related issues – always considering business and ethical needs of each Client.
