Michał Szulepa

He graduated law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, and then a prosecutor’s apprenticeship, ended with a prosecutor’s examination. Then, for almost 20 years, he worked at all organizational levels of the Prosecutor’s Office, starting from the Warszawa-Śródmieście District Public Prosecutor’s Office, through the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, the Appellate Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, and the National Public Prosecutor’s Office. For 11 years he was the prosecutor in the structures to fight organized crime and corruption, where he conducted a number of serious proceedings, including numerous media matters.

From March 2019, he is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Specializes in criminal law, the huge experience gained while working in the Prosecutor’s Office helps him in this. Also from 2019 he is associated with Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara i Partnerzy.
