Grzegorz Flisiak

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok, Grzegorz also completed BA programme at the Institute of English at the Faculty of Neophilology of the University of Warsaw.

Grzegorz is a member of the Regional Bar Association of Warsaw and has been a part of Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara i Partnerzy since 2012.

In his professional practice, Grzegorz has participated as a representative in disputes before the Constitutional Tribunal, administrative courts of both instances, tax authorities, tax inspection authorities and customs and enforcement authorities. Grzegorz has participated in disputes before the Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza (National Chamber of Appeal), the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, President of the Electronic Communication Office and President of the Civil Aviation Authority. He has dealt with cases concerning fiscal and customs control, taxes, criminal commercial law and has experience in civil, customs, insolvency and administrative regulations. He represented Clients in cases before the Supreme Court and Court of Justice. Grzegorz also specialises in court and administrative proceedings, specifically pertaining to pharmaceutical law and environmental protection.

He authored or co-authored many publications regarding legal issues at key Polish daily newspapers.
