Attorney, Senior Associate
Jakub graduated in law and journalism from the University of Gdańsk; from the International and European Legal Studies Program from Universiteit Antwerpen’s School of French; and in European Law from the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
He has lectured on administrative law at the WSAiB in Gdynia and is the author of academic publications. Jakub has prepared documents in the field of administrative law in the Legal Information System.
He has been cooperating with Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara i Partnerzy since 2017. Jakub provides services to entrepreneurs and investors in the field of real estate, public procurement, and construction law.
He is fluent in English, and also speaks Spanish, French and German.
