Prof., PhD. Maria Aluchna

Prof. Maria Aluchna, PhD. Of counsel at Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara i Partnerzy.
Maria completed Management and Marketing at Warsaw School of Economics, later obtaining her doctoral degree in Economics at the same school. She is a Professor at Warsaw School of Economics and was awarded scholarships at German research centres, Polish-American Fulbright Commission, Foundation for Polish Science and Soros Foundation. She also completed scholarships at London Metropolitan Business School and the University of Sydney Business School.
She has been cooperating with Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara i Partnerzy since 2011 and specialises in corporate governance and corporate social responsibility of businesses and capital groups.
Maria also heads the international programme – the Community of European Management Schools, and is also a head of the Post-Diploma Studies – Sales Management. She also lectures on corporate supervision and specific issues of management and investor relations. She also lectured at the University of Cambridge, Nottingham Business School and University College in London.
Maria is a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute, European Academy of Management, Committee of Sciences on Management at the Polish Academy of Sciences, as well as a member of committee of editors of prestigious professional magazines. She authored a lot of press releases published by prestigious publishing companies and organisations.
Maria is fluent in English, and also speaks German, Russian and Spanish.
