He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk and completed part of his studies at the University of Cologne (Universität zu Köln). He also completed the German Law School organised by the University of Gdańsk in cooperation with the University of Cologne.
His professional interests include copyright law, public procurement law, and the rights of LGBTQ+ persons.
He is fluent in English and also speaks German.
Privately, he is an animal lover and a fan of classic rock, as well as a collector of vinyl records and Beatles memorabilia.
