Dawid Derlacz

He is primarily involved in matters concerning the investment process, with a particular focus on real estate law, spatial planning and land development, and energy law. His professional interests also include real estate transactions on the property development market.

With the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara and Partners associated since 2022. During this time, he also gained experience at the District Court in Gdynia.

In 2026, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk with a very good grade with distinction (cum laude). During his studies, he won academic competitions, including in public commercial law, and was repeatedly awarded the Rector’s Scholarship for the best students in recognition of his outstanding academic performance and scientific achievements, as well as the Scholarship of the Mayor of the City of Gdynia.

He is the author of scientific publications in the fields of civil law and civil procedure, published in renowned academic journals.

From 2019 to 2021, he participated in the “Zdolni z Pomorza” programme in the field of Oxford debates, as well as in a social programme under the patronage of the Mayor of the City of Gdynia.

He is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French.

Privately, he is interested in military history and football.
