Wojciech Firek

He specializes in administrative and constitutional law. He participates in legal proceedings before public administration bodies and administrative courts. He advises clients in the aviation sector (General Aviation and Business Aviation) and is also involved in civil litigation. He has been affiliated with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara i Partnerzy since 2025.

He is a doctoral candidate at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at the Jagiellonian University in the discipline of legal sciences, a teaching associate at the Department of Constitutional Law at the Jagiellonian University, and the secretary of the Jagiellonian Centre for Interdisciplinary Constitutional Studies.

He is a member of academic associations including the Polish Association of Constitutional Law (PTPK) and The International Society of Public Law (ICON-S). He also serves as President of the “Democracy in Practice” Association and represents it in The International Observatory on Participatory Democracy (IOPD). He has participated in both international and national academic conferences and has completed academic visits and internships at institutions such as Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain) and the University of the Western Cape (South Africa). He is the author of publications in the field of public law (see ORCID).

In 2022, he graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Since 2023, he has been undergoing legal training to become a legal counsel at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków. He is fluent in English.
