He specialises in providing legal services for the investment process, with a particular focus on property law, planning and spatial development, energy and infrastructure. He also has experience in M&A transactions.
He advises clients on the preparation and implementation of investments, including property development, infrastructure and energy projects, whilst also providing support in areas relating to the protection of historic monuments and environmental protection. He supports investors at the stage of analysing planning and administrative-legal conditions, preparing documentation, obtaining administrative decisions, concluding contracts and handling disputes related to the implementation of investments, as well as in identifying contractual, administrative and town-planning risks that may be relevant to the preparation, financing or implementation of a project.
A significant part of his practice involves matters relating to planning and spatial development, including general plans, local spatial development plans, decisions on building conditions, the location of investments and restrictions on the use of property. He represents clients in administrative, civil and administrative court proceedings.
He has been with the Law Firm Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara i Partnerzy since 2016.
He obtained his Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Wrocław, having defended his doctoral thesis with distinction. He is the author of publications in the field of financial law and an academic lecturer.
He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the E. Kwiatkowski University of Business and Administration in Gdynia, and in Spatial Planning from the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography at the University of Gdańsk. He completed his legal training at the Pomeranian Bar Association, of which he is currently a member.
He is fluent in English.
