New book from the series Horizons of Philosophy of Law – “Kaufmann” (author – Prof. Jerzy Zajadło)
Ladies and gentlemen,
We are pleased to inform you that thanks to the financial support of Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara Law Firm, the next volume of the series entitled Horizon of the Philosophy of Law – “Kaufmann”, written by prof. dr hab. Jerzy Zajadło, was published.
The book presents an interesting philosophical and legal path followed by Arthur Kaufmann (1923-2001), a German lawyer and philosopher, a student of Gustav Radbruch – from the ontology of law, through legal hermeneutics, to specifically understood personalism. At the same time, it provided an opportunity to present the profile of a German lawyer and philosopher on a broader background of two problems – the evolution of German post-war legal philosophy and disputes over the methodological status of theoretical and legal sciences.
We cordially invite you to read!
